2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

If your luggage or bag package is lost during transit, please submit a feedback request and contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost package verification and processing.
Damaged Items:
As luggage and bag products are prone to extrusion and collision damage during long-distance transportation, please check the goods carefully after receiving the package. If your order arrives damaged, deformed or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged items and complete outer packaging.
Our professional after-sales team will verify and evaluate the situation immediately, and provide targeted solutions such as refund, replacement or compensation to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Luggage and Bag Care Notice

Each of our luggage and bag products is equipped with professional care and maintenance instructions. Customers shall use, clean and store the products in accordance with the official guidelines. SARAH BUDD does not assume responsibility for product damage, fading, deformation or aging caused by improper daily use, incorrect maintenance or artificial damage.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

For all international cross-border shipments, customs duties, import taxes and other clearance fees may be charged according to the tariff policies of different destination countries. These extra charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Customers need to abide by the local import regulations of the destination country. We will not bear any responsibility for package detention, return or fines caused by non-compliant customs declaration behaviors of customers.
